about
So you reach that point where you just can't abide most people's prejudices seething through their opinions - they are absolutely everywhere. Politicians, TV news reporters, columnists, radio hosts, work colleagues, friends, the list is endless. Everyone is trying to either fix an issue using tired old thinking or ramming their values down your throat with the authority of 'public opinion'. Politicians in particular pander to the vote and lecture us like patronising school teachers. They know what's best for the majority, none of whom actually really exist as individuals. But public opinion is a well honed thing and seeks to destroy through pack-mentality anyone who thinks differently. We don't fit in. We blend in. There is a difference. We don't subscribe to what we are supposed to do and think. We have found sanctuary. It's out there if you know where to look. Sometimes it's right in front of you.
lyrics
Too many voices shouting from the left and right
They breed oppression block the truth snub out the light
My axe is blunt from waging war at every turn
You build your pyres stack 'em high I'll watch 'em burn
Take a moment, breathe the air in
Feel your lungs charged with freedom
Take a sight line, mark the target
Squeeze the trigger and let it, let it
Let it rise, let it soar
Your spirit won't be crushed any more
Over land, over sea
Come to us, come to find your sanctuary
Your city's choking on its self-indulgent bile
Cesspit of fascists marching paradigms of style
Indignant outrage over things you can't control
Your freedom licenced you're just living on parole
Take a moment, breathe the air in
Feel your lungs charged with freedom
Take a sight line, mark the target
Squeeze the trigger and let it, let it
Let it rise, let it soar
Your spirit won't be crushed any more
Over land, over sea
Come to us, come to find your sanctuary
In this place we leave their prejudice behind
Free your body, free your soul and own your mind
Let it rise, let it soar
Your spirit won't be crushed any more
Over land, over sea
Come to us, come to find your sanctuary.

We produce music laden with antipathy for mainstream culture and seasoned with an alternative point of view, wrapped up in
a deceptive layer of respectability. We champion the creative thinker and the under dog yapping in the wind. Everything we write is inspired by first-hand experience through our ADHD lens. If we resonate with you then that's a connection that means everything to us....more
